Design
The image printed on the shirt is a contemporary sumi ink painting of the classical and timeless yin-yang symbol. A foundational image in Chinese cosmology. It describes an opposite but interconnected, self-perpetuating cycle. This image can be thought of as complementary and at the same time opposing forces that interact to form a dynamic system in which the whole is greater than the assembled parts and the parts are important for cohesion of the whole. Originating from the state of undifferentiated absolute and infinite potential, the oneness before duality. For us it summarizes the foundations of our why and what we wish to see, be, and believe more of.
